You can feel the difference without them so if you play tennis, you should use dampeners to help protect your arm from vibrations.These carry Baboolat branding, but a quick search shows a lot of other Baboolat branded dampers are available too – some for less money for four, and some with more than double the dampers for a few pounds more. It depends on how many you need.4 stars from me and recommended. If you need to buy a lot for a club, for instance, there are larger pack sizes out there for not a lot more.
