I'm a fairly active person and walk at least 10 miles a day with our dog. I needed something to help tone up .....I've used it 3 times so far and can really feel the difference in my thigh muscles ....ached first day so knew it was working. I play "do the twist" by chubby checker and gives good rhythm to exercise to I'm 100 % confident it's gonna make a difference. The oads are brilliant quality and very easy to use. Nice n compact so easy to store. I chose this over the single disc model and it's great value for the cost.

Very happy with this product. The two twister board design feels much safer than a single board and the boards are good quality and exactly what I was looking for.

Vous pouvez faire exactement le même mouvement directement sur votre plancher. Ceci n'apporte absolument rien de plus.
