Works good I just thought they be half the size they were. Needed something to help with my sewer connections as some times are a pain to undo

Works better than I hoped. I'm old fashioned, and waa using old school metal filter wrenches. Nowadays customer fuss about scratched up filters from the metal wrenches. These grip like metal but don't leave scratches. So no more complaints.

I had a problem. We have Moen Monicello faucets (discontinued), and one of the handles was coming very loose. The fix is easy, in principle. The handle is attached to a lower "globe"; unscrew that globe from the fitting, remove it (and the attached handle), invert it, tighten the phillips screw that attaches it to the handle, then replace it (making sure that the handle is pointing in the "off" position"), and tighten the globe. The problem? It's hard to get a solid hold on the globe, even using a rubber grip sheet (the kind that you use to open jars). The globe is VERY shiny & smooth, and the faucet spout & the handle get in your way. I was reluctant to use a pair of large pliers because - even if I used some "padding" - I was worried that I would mar the faucet's finish. Nor did I want to get someone in to fix it (I bet that would have cost a fair amount). So I spent about 14 bucks on these strap wrenches. They arrived about 20 minutes ago. They are FAR bigger than I realized. Even the smaller (green) one is pretty large. Both are very sturdy, made of metal that doesn't look likely to break. The straps look solid too. The photo on the Amazon page is very blurred, and it doesn't do them justice.Upstairs I went, green wrench & (ever the optimist) phillips driver in hand. Four minutes later I was back downstairs, writing this review. The green wrench made short work of loosening the globe. Faucet handle is tight again. And the finish is completely undamaged.I'd gladly have paid someone $14 to fix the problem. This way, I paid $14, the problem is fixed - and I have added two well-built items to my toolbox. Happy camper.
