Exactly like the stock stem I replaced but 20mm longer. I found the cockpit of my new bike uncomfortable so--after much deliberation--decided that extending the stem a bit would probably help. Yes, I know I have completely RUINED the geometry of my bike. I'm old! I'm not going to be flying down any hills anyway. This worked great, and now my back and hands don't hurt as much when I ride.Oh, and this one was SLIGHTLY lighter than the old, shorter one it replaced. That .2 grams will surely come in handy.
