This bench has been a great addition to my little home gym! I used to perform any bench exercise on a Yeti cooler with a thick yoga mat on top for padding. That was...less than ideal lol. Now not only am I much more comfortable in my bench positions, but substantially safer with more ability to target the right muscle group. The assembly was a piece of cake and the adjustability is much better than I expected. I really like that it has a decline function, so decline chest presses are possible at home now! If I had to find a gripe, it would be that this bench is likely designed for a user of more average height, so being 6'3" and 34% femurs, my hip pivot point is a tad uncomfortable on decline exercises. If you're shorter and have normal 25% femurs, I'm sure you won't have this problem. Overall, really good value with this bench!

Panca strutturalmente solida e ben concepita , motivo della scelta la possibilità di utilizzarla anche in modalità declinata (-10° e -30°) oltre alle inclinazioni positive fino a 90° ,può essere ripiegata per occupare meno spazio ,venditore corretto e disponibile , ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità , ovviamente non adatta in caso di massimali esagerati , il limite è comunque riportato chiaramente nella descrizione. Acquisto consigliato , secondo me a questo prezzo non si trova di meglio.

I am very pleased with this bench for the price. Unfortunately the foam pads were not in the box when we received it.I reached out to the company and they quickly got back to me. Within days, I received the missing four foam pads.I am very impressed with the customer service provided by this company and would definitely buy from them again.

Super ….très bon rapport qualité prix….le fait qu’il se plie est super ça tient sous le bureau sous le lit …..ça prend vraiment pas de place.
