I bought those as a complement to my running routine after loosing 90lbs. Simply an amazing product. I follow Jeni DelPozo 30 min core training videos and I really see a difference! I definitely recommend this product.

Trotz des niedrigen Preises gute Verarbeitung. Arbeite seit 2 Monaten regelmäßig damit. Der Widerstand könnte progressiver sein, aber sonst alles gut.

Sauber verarbeitet. Ich habe die Dinger von weit oben hängen damit der Zug hoch genug ist. Dem Gummi macht das nichts aus. Die Griffe sind sauber gearbeitet, was will ich mehr.

I bought these to use with the Body by Jake Tower 200. The original handles were thin and made of an inferior plastic so the material began to rip. These have been an excellent replacement. Also, with the grips not in a fixed position, I am able to do exercises using different angles, such as the hammer curl, with ease. I would, however, recommend anyone using these to also use a pair of weight lifting gloves with them as the surface texture and wear a bit on you skin.
