**SEE UPDATE AT THE END!It's a matter of personal taste but I disliked the silicone strap that came with my FitBit Inspire 3. The buckle was difficult for me to deal with and it felt very uncomfortable on my wrist. This strap or watchband fits the Inspire 3 perfectly and comes with everything necessary for installation. There are two moveable pins (quick relase style pins) plus one extra. These are used to attach the strap to the Inspire 3. At this point I should tell you that there are no installation instructions, only instructions to remove/add links. I should also tell you that there are no additional links included so if you have thick wrists, this is not your watchband/strap. Installation was easy for me as the strap is the exact length I needed. I installed each moveable pin and used it to attach the strap to the Inspire 3. The first was easier as I had little difficulty accessing everything. The second was not quite as easy as access became a bit more of an issue. Fortunately for me I've worked on watches for years...to the extent of resizing straps or watchbands, removing them and reinstalling them and changing out batteries on quarz watches. The effort is worth it as the result is very attractive and comfortable for me. Your mileage may vary...**UPDATE: I saw another review that indicated the band came off spontaneously and gave it little credence...until it happened to me. Fortunately, it was in bed while sleeping and I found the band and the attachment pin that had somehow come loose. After reinstalling the band I affixed a small amount of Loctite Blue which I have on hand for locking electronics screws into place. With some additional effort, the screws can still be manipulated and removed. This should work the same for the attachment pins. This makes it highly unlikely the pins will come loose in future but can still be removed if necessary. Just a small dot of Loctite is all that is necessary. You should probably have some on hand anyway...
