The overall design of this hat rack is sleek and functional, and it does a good job of keeping hats organized and easily accessible. However, the hardware provided is disappointing. The screws and anchors don’t seem sturdy enough to support the weight of multiple hats.I’ve installed my fair share of drywall anchors and the style supplied (the yellow ones in the pictures) are by far the ones I dislike the most. The screws seemed undersized for the anchors because they would not hold at all and would pull after putting a hat on it.Luckily for me, I had stronger wall anchors in my tool box to mount this rack (the black ones in the picture). For the price, I would have expected higher-quality hardware to be included. I was also put off by the finish on some of the individual parts. Nicks in the wood, sharpie touch up where you can see that they bent the items after powder coat, welding slag that kept one of the mounts from sitting flush in the base….If you’re willing to upgrade the mounting hardware yourself, this rack could work well for you. Otherwise, be prepared for a bit of frustration during installation.

I purchased this for my husband as a gift. He loves it. It is actually in three pieces. So he didn't put it up as a long piece but as three separate pieces. It looks great and fits all of his hats. The quality of the piece is nice and it was a great value. My goal was to have his hats all in one place rather than all over the house. We are both happy.

This is easy to assembly and a pretty nice hat rack for cowboy hats. It is pretty basic and not overly expensive, so you can't really expect it to be super high quality. But, it works and looks pretty nice on the wall. Holds the hats well. Good purchase!
