I love this little mp3 player. It is cute and durable. The included lanyard is great and easy to attach. My daughter misplaces thing a lot so the lanyard has been very helpful. It's not very big and lightweight so she can wear it around her neck without any discomfort. This player is definitely designed with young kids in mind. It is very easy to navigate. It holds a lot of music without the need for an sd card. This was a huge plus because sd cards are small, easy to use and a choking hazard for little ones. The battery lasts longer that other mp3 players we have tried and charges quickly. Corded earbuds are included but wireless Bluetooth headphones work too. It was very easy to connect my daughter's headphones. This player has many other features, e-book, calender, timer...etc. My daughter doesn't have any interest in the other features yet but I'm sure she will in time. I would definitely recommend this mp3. It is well priced and works great!

Truth be told, I chose this MP3 player to try for myself, based on the advertised simplicity. It is indeed pretty simple to load and operate, and while the self-generated sound is as expected, it may be just fine for kids. I tried it with 2 different bluetooth speakers; my small hockey puck style speaker didn't want to pair after several attempts, but worked well with the Aux connection. I have a larger radio-like speaker also, and that paired right up with bluetooth and worked great, giving me good sound. While an audiophile may not care for this (it is designed for kids, after all), I think it would be just fine for any music-loving kids in your life. Plus, the bunnies on the back are cute as heck!

The battery life is pretty good on this thing and it's really easy to use. Very good value for the money if you have a younger child that bugs you for your phone all of the time. It functions kind of like a regular player does and buttons are easy to use. Very good quality sound.
