One inadvertant slip when setting the passcode and it will set. You're then left with a lock that you cannot open. Bought the key to reset it. It does rather beg the question that if anyone can buy a standard key to open the lock then it cant be that secure..

Sicherheit 0 von 5 SternenBeim Öffnen ist das Teil, was am Schloß einrastet vom Draht abgefallen. Somit war das Schloss einfach offen und nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Da hätte wirklich jede:r den Roller meiner Tochter mitnehmen können.

This is a total waste of money. Kitchen scissors cut through with ease, so it can't secure anything. Trying to contact the seller for a refund.

We have used the locks 3 times now on vacation. Easy to set up the code and very sturdy. Would absolutely recommend and buy again if I ever need more.
