This is literally a pillow , no support. Goes flat as soon as u lat on it . Waste of money, returned it immediately when I received it

I use mine on my bench as a headrest when I do chest presses. It's perfect. Not too soft, not too hard.

Placing this on the bench between my shoulder blades for pressing exercises, I can feel a difference in my pecs. There is a bit more stretch at the bottom, and it feels like my mid-upper pecs are more engaged all the way across my chest throughout the exercise range.The extra stretch feels a little sketchy, though. I don't know if that's because it's just a little higher level of mobility than I'm used to or if it is bordering on hyperextension. Either way, I plan to keep the weights light for awhile to be safe.This is a good value product to be able to try one of the latest exercise gadgets that I imagine does exactly the same thing as more expensive versions. It is a nice addition to my gym.
